7. October 2014 - New member of our KS Robot family will be presented at the fair "Glasstec" in Düsseldorf: KS Robot 800 Offroad - developed for loads up to 800 kg
We expand our range of products with a strong "Offroader" in order to meet all requirements on site. KS Robot 800 Offroad is designed to handle with loads up to 800 kg. Driving on uneven or loamy surfaces is no problem for our Robot due to its electrical drive and its all-terrain tyres.
The equipment of servo-controlled hydraulic drive, proportional valves and remote control means for the operator high ease of assembly during installation of glass plates. The technician can simply install, telescope and lift glass plates of up to 800 kg. KS Robot 800 obtains best results with its vertical adjustment height of 4 meters and its forward telescoping of more than 2 meters.
We set highest priority to the safety of technicians. Therefore, the vacuum suction device has two circuits and pumps working independently from each other. In case that one vacuum circuit will break down there is still a second vacuum circuit which offers still enough safety for the technician. Furthermore, acoustic and optical signals warn against vacuum lost and show when the component is no longer secured sufficiently.
