You are looking for a possibility to lock already cut profiles automatically? So choose our "Light version" of KS Ropam, the machine is perfectly suited for you. 

Firstly, all roller shutter profiles will be cut on a separate table and then be feed to the locking machine KS RopamLight. Depending on your automated manufacturing, profiles can be pulled in manually or automatically with a feeding table. 

Further manufacturing of roller shutter profiles can be made automatically. The machine pulls in profile for profile, locks these profiles with stainless steel wire and rolls up the finished roller shutter. Now, the roller shutter is ready to be packed and supplied.
