Automatic locking of PVC roller profiles

Optimize the work processes, increase the productivity

Construct the production processes more efficient and tighten the production costs, exactly therefore we developed the computer-controlled KS Ropam 350 PC-Touch. It pulls in automatically the roller shutter profiles up to a length of 6.500 mm, it cuts the plates to measure, locks it and rolls the roller shutter independently. Optional the profile slats can be converted up to a length of 12.000 mm.

At a maximum load the KS Ropam 350 PC-Touch manufactures about 300 m² roller shutter profiles per shift at a feeding speed of the lamella of 220 m/min.

About 3.200 m² roller shutter or approx. 64.000 lockings are possible without changing the locking wire.
