A good final inspection saves consequential costs

For quality control, the roller shutter casing is fixed left and right on two holding fixtures and by means drove up by a sliding carriage. Following the roller shutter guide are already cut to size.
The sill will be simulated on a plastic device mounted on the lower carriage.

By driving up and down the roller shutters, the functionality and quality will be checked: Closed the roller shutter according to the regulations? Or are slits of light still seen? Are the start and end position of the roller shutter motor set correctly?  Or circulate the shutter slant? Are scratches visible on the plates? All these shortcomings are made visible and resolved prior to delivery. Your advantage: Many customers can save their customer service.
