Automated manufacturing of PVC roller shutters with already cut profile slats: KS RopamLight

KS RopamLight is equipped with a PLC control system and a touch panel in order to enter the production data such as roller shutter height or number of roller shutter slats need to be processed.

Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a servo-controlled axis to drive the profile stop automatically into position. That makes the operation very comfortable.

A high performance saw blade with frequency converter ensures an optimal cutting speed when notching a profile. Afterwards, a stainless steel wire locks each profile fully-automatic together.

As soon as the roller shutter is produced, the machine sends a sign to the operator. An automatic device is also integrated into the machine, which ensures that the roller shutter will be rolled up automatically.
