Glass manufacturer "Flintermann" is based on innovative glass technology of company K. Schulten
Packaging and loading of huge glass plates is always connected with physical efforts and manpower. Such efforts belong to the past for glass manufacturer "Flintermann" situated in Salzbergen, Germany.
"Flintermann" looked for possibilities to relieve employees and to make the dispatch department more interesting. The glass manufacturer got into contact with K. Schulten, the company which has built up a reputation for itself on the market.
K. Schulten developed with its know-how a new lifting machine for glasses, specially made to requirements of company "Flintermann". On request of the glass manufacturer, a lifting machien for curved as well as flat glasses was built. Furthermore, it should be possible to transport glasses up to 1 tonne, construction of machine must be very narrow and a long telescopic arm is also necessary according to "Flintermann".
K. Schulten accepted the challenge and developed a machine including all important requirements: KS Robot 1000. They succeed in producing a machine with technical understanding and high-quality. „We are working in a two-shift system and the Robot is in permanent use“, according to the manager of "Flintermann", Mr. Reinhard Gruber. „I can't imagine our team without the KS Robot 1000.“ Because of the intensive colaboration, the companies succeed in producing a new glass lifting machine.
