Special construction for the installation of doors in test rigs

All companies, who test doors in test rigs regularly know how exhausting it is to install such huge and heavy elements into the test rig.  Doors  with a net weight of at least 300 kg can not be lifted by one person into the test rig.

A test institute in Turkey contacted us in order to develop a special assembly device to install doors into a test rig by only one person. The special  construction in the form of a crane fork can be installed instead of the vaccum suction plate on a KS Robot. Doors can be put into the assembly device easily and employees are relieved as requested.
